More than ever before there is great emphasis on using local produce, and nowhere is that more true than in Yorkshire. Recognising the folks who give their lives to producing and cooking these ingredients is what Yorkshire Food Finder is all about.

Sarah makes incredible pickles and chutneys in her state-of-the-art Pickle Palace near York. Her inspiration comes from old family recipes and her ship's captain father who brought home ingredients from his journeys sailing the seven seas.
